Summer 2026 Purple Egyptian Pilsner

This beer is brewed with Purple Egyptian, an ancient native landrace barley originating near the headwaters of the Nile River and distinguished by its characteristic purple husk. We sourced a beautiful organically grown crop from the Palouse Heritage family farm in Washington State.  Brewed as a Pilsner-style lager, Purple Egyptian opens with abundant cereal grain aromatics, layered with notes of fragrant dried apricot, delicate fresh clover honey, and the lift of sweet mint.
