Haná Pilsner - This beer features an heirloom grain variety named Haná that was originally used to brew the world’s first Pilsner. Brought back from near extinction by British farmers, we source it from one of the only fields in the world where it can be found today, in Norfolk, England. Our Haná Pilsner is the rhythm section of our brewery and is produced year-round. It represents the core of our house approach and style. Presented as a Pilsner style lager, this heritage barley brings aromatic notes of fresh wholegrain bread, nori, and dried spearmint, along with a long, fresh finish.

Winter 2026 Maris Otter Pilsner - This beer showcases Maris Otter, an heirloom barley bred in England in 1965, the same year The Beatles scored three #1 UK hits. Stars aligned that year, as Maris Otter became one of the most celebrated barley varieties of the past century. Today it makes up less than 0.1% of global brewing acreage however, having lost commercial favor due to smaller yields than more ‘modern’ barleys. But it’s incredibly flavorful and we love it. Brewed as a Pilsner-style lager, Maris Otter lends a rich golden color and a dense creamy foam. Aromas of spicy peppermint, lemon preserves, and sweet alfalfa are anchored by a solid mid-palate and a long flinty mineral finish.
