As winemakers, as lager brewers, we live by the seasons and are patient with nature’s rhythms. We only brew Hanabi lagers three to four times per year, seasonally, due to the long maturation times and spiritual inputs that our methods require. We will email an offering to our mailing list of friends and family as the beer becomes available. We will be able to ship anywhere within California or offer local pickup, and will be adding other states over time. Also, we may have partners in your state who can help bring Hanabi Lager to you.
