Autumn 2026 Francin Pilsner

This beer is brewed with Francin, a flavorful Czech grain largely left behind by a modern world pursuing higher yields and lower costs. We sourced a beautiful crop from the fifth-generation Rigger family farm in Nezperce, Idaho, one of the only farms in North America still growing it. Brewed as a Pilsner-style lager, Francin pours a bright golden color with abundant aromas of cereal grain and fresh hay—the beautiful scent of a field at harvest. Its chiseled structure carries layers of fresh whole-grain toast, alfalfa honey, and spicy mint, with a long, savory finish.
