AUTUMN 2020 RELEASE

What a year 2020 has been thus far. To our home community of Napa, and our extended community elsewhere, our sincerest thoughts are with those of you who need it right now. Especially as we navigate a challenging season, I think that we could probably all use a beer!

During a post-harvest road trip in 2015, a vision for a new kind of brewery came to me. One that allowed us to work seasonally and closer to the land, one that allowed us to build community, spread cheer and an adventurous spirit, and share flavors that energize and inspire us. With that mission in mind, we are excited to share our first batch of Hanabi Lager with you.

This first batch is a very special pilsner-style lager beer that we brewed with a spring barley called Francin, which was grown in Skagit Valley, Washington, close to the San Juan Islands, where I grew up.

We look forward to sharing our winemaker’s take on traditional lager brewing with you.
