Lyon. We sourced a beautiful crop from Bill Myers’ family farm overlooking the Palouse River in Washington State. Brewed as a Pilsner-style lager, Lyon presents a cheerful straw-yellow hue with luminous white foam. Aromas of wildflowers, Meyer lemon, and sweet alfalfa are fragrant and expressive.
